Strawberry Coconut Lassi is a delightful twist on the traditional yogurt-based Indian drink. This unique lassi recipe requires only 5 ingredients: chilled yogurt, chopped strawberries, coconut milk, sugar, and ice cubes.
- 15 fresh chopped strawberries
- 3 cups whole-milk chilled beaten yogurt (dahi)
- 2 cups thick coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
- 4-5 tbsp sugar (or as required)
- 4-5 ice-cubes
In a blender, take the chopped strawberries.
Blend them till you get strawberry puree.
Add 3 cups whole-milk chilled beaten yogurt.
Then, add 2 cups thick coconut milk.
Add 4-5 tbsp sugar (or as required) and 4-5 ice cubes.
Blend all the ingredients together well.
Serve the chilled lassi in glasses. You can serve the lassi with some chopped strawberries.

1) Take the chopped strawberries in a blender.
2) Blend them till you get strawberry puree.
3) Add the whole-milk chilled beaten yogurt.
4) Then, add the thick coconut milk.
5) Add 4-5 tbsp sugar (or as required) and 4-5 ice cubes.
